NetFlight™ is a groundbreaking product poised to revolutionize data transport and storage access. NetFlight™ utilizes a proprietary WAN Transfer Protocol (RWTP) that enables greater degrees of enterprise collaboration than ever before. It allows customers to move data at previously unheard-of speeds, accelerating workflows and eliminating file transfer bottlenecks.
NetFlight™ facilitates high-speed file transfers between sites via 1 or 10 gigabit links. NetFlight™ ensures 100% error-free data transfer at stable data rates in excess of 450MB/sec over long distance connections that often exhibit high latency or packet loss. NetFlight™ removes traditional bottlenecks related to protocol and latency; the only limitations are storage and network bandwidth constraints.
NetFlight™ revolutionizes existing workflows by moving files eight to ten times faster than existing data transfer technology. Using a 10 GigE network over a 20,000 kilometer link, it could take nearly 4 days to transfer 125GB of data with traditional FTP methods. Using NetFlight™, the same transfer could take less than 7 minutes. The NetFlight™ appliance supports many existing SAN, DAS, and NAS filesystems and storage devices already in use.
